KPC Shortlisted for National Internal Comms Award

July 2020

KPC Creative Communication has been shortlisted for another national award, following its win at the PRCA Awards last year.

The nomination is for the Best Ongoing Internal Communications Campaign in the Institute of Internal Communications awards. It demonstrates KPC’s expertise in internal communications, helping to build a genuine, positive culture within businesses which helps them to recruit and retain the best people and ensure that everyone is pulling together toward the same goals.

“Internal communications is one of the most important things a business can invest it,” says KPC MD Deborah Kingsley. “When businesses fail, or have concerns about turnover and profit, it’s often because they need to more fully engage the people who work for them to believe in and deliver the business ambition. It’s a straightforward fix, and we’ve worked with companies of all sizes to help them work out what matters to them as a business, consult with employees and customers to see how they feel about the business, and build a culture and communication plan that helps people to feel fantastic about where they work.”

KPC is shortlisted against leading companies and organisations, including Volkswagen, the Metropolitan Police and GKN Aerospace.

“There’s clear evidence that investing in your culture and your people makes a difference to your bottom line,” adds Deborah. “It’s incredibly exciting for our work in this area to be acknowledged by the leading Internal Communication trade association and to be in such great company.”

The company will know whether it has won the award in September, when a virtual ceremony will take place.
