CASE STUDY: Developing an online presence with engaging content

Reach case study
Speech mark

KPC has worked with Reach on our creative branding, PR and communications. Throughout that time, Debs and her team has delivered an outstanding quality of work. They immersed themselves in our business, delivering on spec and on time. I would recommend KPC as they commit themselves 100% to understand the brief, learn fast and deliver what is needed.

Gary Mac Manus, Managing Director, Reach

Reach Contact, the field marketing experts, approached KPC to:

  • Increase online visibility and drive more traffic to the website
  • Develop a social media presence and maintain momentum with interesting articles and posts

Our Approach

  • We carried out a website health check to make sure the site was performing optimally and working hard
  • Part of the health check included understanding user behaviour (e.g. popular pages, where visitors dropped off, bounce rate and engagement)
  • As a result we recommended updating the website with engaging content that clearly demonstrated the products and services available from Reach Contact
  • To build organic search traffic we developed the use of key phrases, based on user activity and industry key trends, to ensure that Reach Contact would perform well in online searches
  • We developed client case studies to communicate Reach Contact’s service offering and processes which were also a useful source of on-line articles
  • We delivered a social media strategy to promote Reach Contact’s services and job vacancies online, delivering enticing content and boosting visits to the website
