Smart Works

KPC Managing Director, Deborah Kingsley is proud to be a volunteer for the Reading branch of charity Smart Works.

Smart Works supports unemployed women on low incomes to get a job and become financially independent. Speech mark

"I find that really my job is simply to equip these amazing and resilient ladies with confidence to go out and get the job. They often have the skills and aptitude, they just need some encouragement to see it in themselves."

Debs was recently featured on behalf of Smart Works in Berkshire Life Magazine, helping to promote the services and great work Smart Works does to a broader range of ladies.
